Om bogen

I anledning af hundredåret for Nobelprisen i 2001 og i lyset af den nyeste internationale Nobelforskning udsendes denne historiske analyse af arbejdet, menneskene og historierne bag de tretten Nobelpriser, der indtil nu er blevet tildelt danskere. Det er første gang, et enkelt lands priser som helhed behandles i dybden. Nogle af de spørgsmål, bogen forsøger at besvare, er: Hvordan gennemførte de danske prisvindere den forskning, som senere førte til Nobelprisen? Hvem var deres konkurrenter til prisen? Hvorfor blev netop de valgt?
